How does delivery work?
We partner with local, third-party drivers and courier services to brings your order right to your destination.
Our team member packs the items in your order and contacts a driver to pick up your order.
Currently we are offering deliveries in timeslots as follows:
9:00 AM – Please note that your order will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
12:00 PM – Please note that your order will be delivered between 12:00 PM and 3:00PM.
3:00 PM – Please note that your order will be delivered between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee the exact time of the delivery within the timeslot chosen.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee differs by distance from the hotel.
0-10km – RM 10.00nett
10-20km - RM 25.00nett
20-30km - RM 40.00nett
30-40km – RM 55.00nett
How do I pick up my order?
Please select the date and time of pickup. Your order will be prepared and available at our Ground Floor Lobby at the timing that you have selected.
What if I can’t pick up at the time of order
In order to maintain the catering standards and preserve the food quality, we would highly encourage you to pick up at the designated time. Please call us at Tel./ WhatsApp: 0172286098 or Dining Hotline at 03-76228958
What is the lead time for ordering?
We will indicate in the item description on the lead time for each item. Minimum lead time is 60 minutes.
How will the food be packed?
The food will be packed in a takeaway box to keep the food warm, intact and ready-to-eat from our kitchen all the way to your destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards
• FPX (Bank transfer)
• E-Wallet: Touch ‘n Go, BOOST, GrabPay
We are continuously improving our service and we are looking to expand our modes of payment in the future.
Do you accept credit card discount?
Certain items may be applicable for credit card discounts. Please refer to the item description page or contact Te.l/ WhatsApp: 0172286098 or Dining Hotline at 03-76228958 for clarification.
The website is not accepting my card. What should I do?
Please re-enter the payment information. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Here are a few ways for you to check whether your order has been confirmed:
• You will receive an order confirmation at your registered email, once your order has been confirmed.
• You will see a “Paid” status for your order at the My Orders page as a confirmation for your Order.

I am unable to view the website page or check out. What should I do?
We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to place your order. Check your browser settings and make sure it is up-to-date.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can enter a gift message in the “Remarks” column on the purchase page.
How can I cancel or change my order?

How do I indicate special request or food allergies?
You will be able to put in any special request in the “Remarks” field when ordering.
Can I collect Marriott Bonvoy points when purchasing via this store?
Marriott Bonvoy points are not applicable for delivery and takeaway. Please refer to the Marriott Bonvoy’s
